Working in tandem with one another, Small World Learning Center and Wilmington Christian School are able to provide a smooth entry for two year olds and transition the students through the eighth grade, completing a twelve-year program of educational excellence.
We believe that success is defined by growth achieved over these years through the following six affective continuums.
1.Investment of energy (time spent vs. benefit rendered)
2.Development of core values (development of character)
3.Personal goal setting (self-starter)
5.Personal responsibility (ownership of one’s actions)
6.Independence and interdependence (social integration)
As a function of our program, students will be exposed to each of these six continuums. Standardized Test scores have found higher academic achievement as a result of this well-rounded development.
